Banana Cream Pie Protein Shake

Light and tasty with a true banana taste without the extra carbs and sugar. Try this recipe omitting the actual banana and saving nearly 90 calories while still enjoying a shake that tastes like you went and got an ice cream shake!
Banana Nutrition facts. Calories: 89. Water: 75%. Protein: 1.1 grams. Carbs: 22.8 grams. Sugar: 12.2 grams. Fiber: 2.6 grams. Fat: 0.3 grams.
2 cups ice
1/2 tsp banana extract
6 oz unsweeted almond milk
1 scoop Nutrabio Vanilla Isolate
2 tsp sugar free banana cream pudding
1/2 graham cracker
Combine all ingredients in blender for 30-45 seconds.
Pour into a glass. Top with sugar free cool whip :)
If your needing additional calories, add a real banana and 1/2 cup of oats with drizzle of maple syrup.
