Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shake

This breakfast cereal styled protein shake is a must try! 


1 banana

6 oz almond milk

2 tsp stevia (optional)

1/2 graham cracker

2 cups ice

1 scoop AstroFlav Cinna Crunch Protein

Toppings  (optional)

Sugar Free Cool Whip

1/2 Graham Cracker Split



In a blender first mix all ingredients for about 30 seconds. This depends on your blender. Mix until all ice is well blended. Do not over mix because it causes the protein to get airy. Pour into your favorite cup and top with sugar free cool whip and 1/2 of a graham cracker for a pleasant look and enjoyable protein boost.
