- Combine all the ingredients above in a blender. To make it easier to blend start with liquid and fresh items first then add frozen items on top. This texture is awesome like I’ve cream but it does take some time and work in the blender. Usually about 3 minutes and you may have to use spoon to help mix during the blend. Top with your favorite fresh fruit, granola, nuts, or seeds. Enjoy
