If you love mango's your going to want to keep this recipe as a healthy treat.
1 cup frozen mango's
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice
lime juice (1/2 lime squeezed)
1 tsp Tajin Seasoning
1 scoop Vanilla Nutrabio Isolate Protein
1/4 cup frozen mango
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend for about 30 seconds or until ice and frozen mango is blended well. Do not over blend or protein will become airy. We choose Nutrabio Isolate because it is easy on the stomach, very clean, high quality with a good price.
To serve it with style go ahead and add some extra umpf!! Note: Add a bit of shake blend at bottom of cup before drizzling the chamoy, this will keep you from slurping up a big straw full of syrup :)
Drizzle chamoy down the side of the cup, fill with mango protein shake and top with a few frozen mango's chopped a few times to make a bit smaller and sprinkle with tajin (my favorite spice) and garnish with a lime piece. Of course this isn't all necessary to reap the benefits of your protein but it's great for photo's to brag to others that your drinking your protein!
