Chest Day Finisher
This triple set will leave you pumped and growing.
Start with slow controlled squeezes for 15, followed by quick pulsed squeezes for 15. Put the cables away and knock out as many pull ups as you can.
After a long chest day, this should be difficult. If not, you need more weight.
